The wireless rubber hose driveway alarm is very
popular because it is easy to install. This unit
can send a signal up to 600' to let you know
anytime a vehicle enters or leaves your place.
This drive alert consists of 2 parts - a radio
operated transmitter with 25' of small 3/8"
diameter exterior type rubber hose to lay across
your driveway and one four channel receiver
which can be located in the house and plugged
into a standard wall outlet. INTERNATIONAL
VOLTAGE CONVERTERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THIS

The weather proof outside transmitter, which is
operated by a 9 volt battery, should be hung on
a post or tree next to the driveway. The battery
should last about a year before needing
replacement. The hose can be replaced should a
cut or break occur, but should last many years
under normal conditions. Operating range: -30°F
to 120°F . To virtually eliminate the
possibility interference of a neighbors'
driveway alarm interfering there are 256
different security codes
Several rubber hose transmitters can be used
with the same receiver. For example, you may
have 2 driveways entering your place. You can
also have extra receivers for additional
locations such as a barn or shop. Should a
replacement hose or additional hose be needed it
is available in 25 ' increments are available at
$2.15 a foot by ordering below
Each
receiver comes with choice of volume controlled
whistle,
Westminster Chime,
Ding Dong ( will sound twice ) , or
Classical tone.
The rubber hose drive alert will work with all
our optional driveway alarm accessories. Each
receiver will have an On/Off Switch , four form
"C" relays and a timed output of 4 seconds or 10
minutes for use with accessories
